Online Testing and Grading
FlexTraining features built-in knowledge assessments including
pre-tests, post-tests and assessments at any point during the learning
sequence. You set your testing policies, question pooling,
passing grades, timings, etc. Tests are immediately graded and scored
and individual answers to each question are recorded in the database
for reporting and analysis.
These services normally preclude the need to view content or take
tests in an external tool or environment. However, should you choose
to use a third party solution for testing or for some of your learning
content, the courseware data import facility is designed to assist
you.
The courseware data import facility imports, validates and posts
transactions that represent learning and testing activity performed
by your online learners in an external environment. If your external
testing environment keeps a record of each learner's test attempts
and scores, you can import that information into FlexTraining to
be included with the learner's other records.
